Community Heart Centre – The CHC is the focus of Generations Renewed, it spotlights giving back directly to our community, by serving the sometimes most vulnerable residents in our community the homeless and those in danger of becoming homeless. The Community Heart Centre partners with local law enforcement, city/ county organizations, schools and churches to engage those families that find themselves in need of emergency Housing, Food or Shelter resulting from Domestic Violence, Job Loss and other unfortunate situations.
The Community Heart Centre Programs
- Friends In the Park-is an amazing program that has many Superstars that provide hot meals daily to those families or others not able to get a daily meal. Friends have served over 300 meals to families 365 days a year, as well as Holidays to ensure every family, every person has the choice to experience a healthy hot meal every day.
- R.I.S.E- Structured to support students/young adults involved in domestic violence and other life altering situations.
- F.E.E.D- Generations Renewed’s Mobile Food Pantry serves four local communities within the East Hillsborough county region, these pantries are mainly set-up to assure those families in the rurual East county area, has the ability to enjoy a well-balanced meal every day. The Mobile Food Pantry is focused on serving in collaboration with other local food banks providing services to the Plant City community.
