Career Development Centre at Generations Renewed provides Career (Employment) Readiness Directives, Career Coaching focused on Career Changers, Displaced Homemakers and other career seekers experiencing challenges moving forward and finding solutions. We believe the nucleus of a strong community is its ability to provide a solid connection between local businesses that offer career opportunities to the families that live and work in the area.
The CSC offer’s free career training and certifications that guarantee our families the skills and support they need to compete for better paying jobs. Our interactive employability training offers our students

- Developed tailored resumes & CV’s with job search strategies
- Interview skill enhancements through mock interviews, online video guidance and more.
- Assisted and referrals for interview and work-related clothing

The CSC also partners with local employees by providing highly motivated, qualified candidates prepped and trained in our career centre to encourage job retention and longevity.
Guidance in Entrepreneurship dreaming of opening your own business our Career Development Centre will assist in the set-up and building of your business, Small Business Ownership is the Key to a stable and flourishing community, we partner with several organizations that provide funding, mentoring and support thru the entire process of owning you own business.

- I.G – Girls In Gear – Specifically designed for women in or interested in construction and other male dominated career fields.
Youth Bridge Centre – Serving youth in Elementary, Middle, High School and Freshman Year College provides a bridge that will connect generations past, present and future, thru mentoring, workshops and real-life experiences we embrace, empower and invoke a diverse community of young people because they are no doubt the future. We believe for our community to experience lasting and significant change we must get the youth excited about the future. Our entire staff are certified Youth Mental Health First Aide responders capable of supporting and identifying children in crisis we are focused on building a stronger family, by building Youth.

- Bold Beginnings – Summer Employability Camp focused on providing career challenges and workshops, Financial Literacy especially for community students.
- Bags of Hope – Connections with local schools providing weekend and holiday food bags for students in need of support.
- F.L.Y – Provide support to high school students & college students in need of assistance for next-level decision making thru parent workshops to find and secure financial aid and scholarship dollars, mental health and life skills mentoring.
- R.I.S.E- Structured to support students involved in domestic violence and other life altering situations.
Family Champion Centre – Offers support to that focuses on the positive progression and sustainability
within the family unit rather than focusing on the barriers that prevent and hinder mobility. Regardless of the size or obstacles that hinder the family unit, Generations Renewed will refer families to other community resources that will allow them to get on track for success. Regardless of the family unit Generations Renewed will serve families with children in our community and beyond, providing families with encouragement to move pass the experiences they encounter.
